Paula Abdul Takes Credit for Career of Kara Dioguardi
Paula Abdul and Kara Dioguardi are former roommates.
We wonder how the new judge and popular songwriter would react, though, if she heard Abdul essentially taking credit for her career.
Here's what Paula said to OK! about the new addition to American Idol:
"Kara and I are good friends.... I started the whole evolution of what her career's become, because I found her on the streets of New York. She was an aspiring song writer, and I said, 'are you good?', and she said, 'yeah' and I heard her demos and I convinced her to quit her job and move to LA in my house."

kara did already react to this. she talked about this on the Spike feresten show and she had nothing but Great things to say about paula and how she helped her out back then. and she ended by saying, "Paula, i love you" to the camera..
oh and if you dont like paula why on earth are you watching american idol????! leave her alone! or did she turn you down or something? so now u are mad at her?

PAULA ROX. she is the only reason Im watching this show. and Paula through her connections helped Kara to get starting back in the 90s. so without Paula, Kara might not have gotten into the business at all.
