Paula Abdul Speaks on Recent Blunder
Paula Abdul is difficult to read.
On one hand, she sounds quite laid back about the recent American Idol blunder, during which she judged a Jason Castro performance that hadn't happened yet.
âI have fun poking fun at a situation thatâs so ridiculous. Iâm the queen of taking the seriousness out of [it] ⦠I loved that people laughed, it was funny,â she said. âHonestly, it was a silly thing [that happened on Idol]. We were all confused ⦠I did exactly what the producers told me to do ⦠Itâs all good.â
On the other hand, well, let's head what Abdul had to say about living in pain.
âPain is very daunting â it creates isolation,â said said. âFor me, the smile on my face oftentimes is not met with how I feel inside."
What's wrong, Paula?

whats wrong?? is that a serious question. she has like horrible back pain. she has had it for like 15 years or something. she is a fighter. sure, she messes up at times. but she always comes back and usually stronger than before. love her

How could this woman be in pain when she is so addicted to pain killers? Did any of you see her reality show Hey Paula. She is a drug addict. She needs to be kicked off the program not because of drugs, but because she is an idiot and a liar beyond redemption. Either/or, Idol is rigged!

Um...those things are totally unrelated. When she's talking about pain she's talking about her RSD. Nothing to do with the Jason Castro incident.

I heard that Paula has a physical condition (like fibromyalgia) that is only semi-treatable, which causes chronic pain most of the time - this could be what she's talking about
