OMG Crystal Is Right David Archuleta Is Going To Win No Dout! I've Not Even Watched The Show All Season But I Know He's Going To Win I've Heard Him Sing And He's So Hott! Both Davids are great singers. This looks similar to the Clay vs Ruben year where you could not predict the winner. Archuleta was the early favorite, but since Cook with his Hello performance and his each week comming up with unique versions of songs, he and Archuleta have been neck and neck. It is sad that one of these two has to come in second, both are better than the last two idol winners, both should make it big when they record their first CD.

As far as i'm concerned david A. is the better singer. I would really really like to see him and brooke white in the finals, but i know that won't happen, cause as of today shs just hasn't shown she has it what it takes. But she has that humility, as does archuleta that david cook SORELY lacks. she is probably the nicest person i've ever seen on american idol, and i think she has a shot to go far. But, anyways back on topic, it should be david archuleta!!!

I believe that David Cook has it all. He looks like a rocker and very confident. David A. has a lot of growing up to do to perform on stage. His voice may be good but that's where it ends. David Cook all the way. He's cute too. David A. is not a performer/entertainer at all. I'm for David Cook. He's #1

I agree with Joan. Archie is adorable - a real 'cutie-pie' type with a fabulous voice. I think he's starting to crack a bit under all the pressure. He does have a mature voice and that is where it ends. He has the personality of a 17 year old and there is nothing wrong with that. He seems really nervous when he is on stage - (other then when he is singing) - he's squinty-eyed, giggly, shy, and most of his comments are 'ummm and ahhh', when talked to by Ryan or the Judges. He's probably ready to record - but in my opinion, is not yet ready for stage. Archie is a singer while David Cook is an entertainer. I don't even like to say that I become somewhat bored with Archie's songs half-way through, as it's always the same - the same. I am hoping David Cook will win and feel he deserves to. I am also hoping that he will keep this 'polished rocker' look. His transformation has been fabulous! I really wasn't too attracted to his looks during auditions. He's drop-dead gorgeous now. And, one final thought: It totally turns my stomach when I see someone slamming him for taking advantage of his cancer-stricken brother - saying that David used it to gain sympathy votes. I lost my brother 11 months ago to cancer and it's been devastating. I get tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat just typing it. I'm sure David was ready to burst into tears during his performance. I've also worked for Hospice for the past 20 years and have watched over and over what this dreaded disease will do to loved ones. It's especially heartbreaking when someone is so young, as Adam Cook is. David seems to be so kind and caring - he acts like everyone's big brother on AI. I'll bet all of the Idols just love him. Anyway, sorry to go on and on about this, but it's a real sore subject with me. For the people that have slammed David for 'using' Adam - I hope you'll never be in the situation of watching a loved one waste away and there is nothing you can do about it...

You can't compare the two. Both are very talented but their musical styles are very different. It's like comparing apples and oragnes.
I believe it will be the two Davids left standing for the finale. Who will win? I think they will keep us guessing right up unitl the very end.

both davids are good but i think (MY OPINION!!!) is that david archuleta is too inexperienced. he is only 17. yes that is almost and adult but he is still to young to handle it all. i think he has a nice voice but just not enough to win the competition. i think david cook is the most well-rounded contestant on this season. he also has a voice that never wears out. he is NOT full of himself. there is a difference between being confident and being full of yourself. it took him a long time to learn to be confident as it is with a lot of people. i think david cook is going to win because he is a great signer and he's pretty hot. david archuleta is CUTE. different. the only thing keeping david archuleta is his massive teenage girl fanbase. he is good but people take him to be better than he is for his looks.

Any one of you who thinks David C has a better voice than David A. has to be nuts. Have you seen David A's young videos? He's a born-talent. The David's have two entirely different styles. I believe David C is very typical rocker who sounds like all the other rockers. I don't think he's original at all. I believe he wins popularity by being a follower, copier if you will, of others. I suppose he would blend well with the other rockers. If I were a striving star I would like to "stand out among others" rather than blend in. David A has tremendous talent and room to grow. I think David C is cocky and has less natural talent. Whoever said David A. has mostly a teenybopper fan base is way off. His blog says he receives mail mostly from girls between 19 and 25. Hmmmmm? I hope David A wins because he deserves it. I like the fact that he's humble. I think he has deep and powerful character. American Idol is intended for exactly that. Yep! That's what I think!

I Think D.A is the best,i like D.C too,but he only does rock(not my style),david A can sing anything,and he has the sweetest voice ever!!!!,he's the one to win,anyway at this point of the competition,it doesn't matter for me who wins,i will still be his fan and buy his cd!!! i love them both,good luck guys!!!D&D

I love both Davids; they are so different from each other !! but I wish all the same that Archuleta win the competition and I believe that he will be the next American Idol.

Yes, it will be against the 2 Davids, but there's no dubt that Archie will win. I mean, he has the sweetest voice and then there comes david Cook who is too much of a rocker. DAVID ARCHULETA ALL THE WAYYYY!!!!

There's no doubt that David cook knows how to perform. He knows how to play with the camera and he got good showmanship however, when it comes to voice, I think, the little David is the best. Very pure and flawless. Yes, he is still a kid but very talented and down to earth. I am hoping he wins the competition. I voted for him this evening....if I am not mistaken 80 times!!!!!!ARCHULETA ALL THE WAY!!

Both Davids have great voices... But I hope that Archuleta wins because Cook doesn't always sing in key when he hits high notes, whereas Archuleta does. The winner needs to be able to sing in key- sure, I might buy Cook's albums if he wins, but I would never attend a live concert since he's proven to me that he gets a little pitchy on high notes. That's not a mark of a professional singer.

I think David Cook's the one who's overrated. He's the one who's less versatile; he can only sing rock! His performances are getting predictable and boring. He relies mostly on the band, and he's just lucky that the arrangements of his songs are always good. But if they were both to sing a capella, David A. will surely do better. American Idol is about being the best singer, and David A. is definitely the BEST singer.

I know there is such a big argument about whois going to win, to me its about character, heart, mind, body and soul, and David A whom we lived on the same street as he grew up has always had this gift even as a child, and a strong desire to keep going and become the best he can be, and he really sings his heart out and touches others, thats what this world needs...We have enough singers who sing so simular to David C and the majority of those songs are about drugs, sex and other things our younger generation does not need...David A is a great influence to others that these so called teeny boppers need, it helps them have more value about love and life and the right way to live...A song that makes you feel good about your self and life goes alot further then head pounding Rock that is fun to listen to but it wears you down more quickly..DavidC is very good alternative singer and fun, but DavidA will give the world more what it needs and that is that feel good feeling of life, hope and dreams and if you would have to choose the way to feel would you not want to feel full of love life and meaning, we all have our different taste in music but come on people look at what the world needs for our newer generation, we already have our precious kids so mixed up in music and what they should be doing with thier lives and that is inspiration and guidance, not music that brings them dowm making them party and not go to school, young girls getting pregnant, and its all influanced by the music and lyrics that they listen too..This should be for them and if they love David A then let them follow and listen to his music and love him so that he will influence them to make the right choices...Our future teens and youngsters need a guy like David Archuleda to win this not for us adults but for them...We have enough problems with teens not knowing the right choices to make and David A music may just give these youngsters what they need and the guidance to make the right choice by the music he sings thazt will touch thier heart and soul....If you feel this to be true then vote for David A for is possitive influence he will bring these Teens who so much need that direction, instead of one who sings music that takes from thier morals and makes them even more defiant...This is what I see will help and happen if David Archleda wins American Idol......

I think David Archleda will it all... he is by far the better singer!!! David Cook has a "good" voice but not the American Idol image...and to win u have to have it "all"!!!....But they both i think will to very well after the show is over =]]

i hope david archuleta wins AI.he really deserves it because...
1.)he has a VERY nice voice
2.)the judges really like him and he has received a LOT of good comments from the judges
3.)CUTE and HANDSOME:)
4.)besides from having a nice voice,he also has a nice personality
AND A LOT MORE!!
if you don't like him,don't tell bad stuff about him!!he sounds WAY better than you do...if u like DC just say u like him and stop insulting ARCULETA!!!!
