Antonella is definitely off Idol - my roommate was on the metro in DC yesterday, and Antonella got on the same train as him at the Regan national airport stop. She had to be heading back to school at Catholic U. which is a few stops away from the Regan airport stop. Obviously if she is back in DC, she's not at the studio for the show anymore...

Regardless of your beliefs about her private life actions, and if she can sing or can't sing, I believe the person responsible for "leaking" any destructive photo, is nothing more than a scumbag. And, please don't give the poor excuse of wanting to bring it to light for the sake of American Idol. The person/people responsible for her photos being brought out to the world, is just pathetic.

American Idol you will do a great disservice to the young people of America if you keep this Lolita on the show. Raise the bar for the behavior of your contestants. American Idol do not do a TRUMP number on us with this one. No second chance, please. I feel badly for her parents who are paying big college tuition. If I'm not mistaken she attends Catholic University in D.C. They should remove her, better yet CU should kick her out of there! She should forget about aspiring to be the next American Idol and instead continue doing what she seeminly enjoys more--singing to the MIKE!! Antonella Babar the PORN MOVIE INDUSTRY could use you!

I think Antonella Barba can really sing and deserves to stay on as a singer. I feel her so called friends aren't friends after all. Otherwise how would these pictures get out if a friend didn't leak them for probably money or get her kicked off the show because they were jealous of her.

Her parents must really be proud. She obviously has no respect for herself or her family. How could she have thought these pictures wouldn't get out? Anyone with this kind of past knows to not get in the public eye if they want it kept a secret. I suspect either an ex-boyfriend or the friends she tried out with that never made it (depsite being better than she).

This could easily be a look alike or a copy and paste job and anyway if it's not who cares? American Idol has been known to kick great singers off in the past for racey internet scandals. I think it's unfair and unjust. I can understand them wanting to protect the reputation of american idol, however, paula has tons of scandal and rumors surrounding her. How is this any different from that? Oh and who is anyone (ie a previous poster) to say that she should be kicked out of school?! That's absolutely rediculous. I don't care what school she goes to or what pictures are on the internet. How dare anyone choose to deprive someone of their right to pursue a proper education. Have we all forgotten about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Oh and by the way her singing isn't awful. She was better than her friend and she messed up on one song. Get OVER it.
