American Idol Controversy: Topless Antonella Barba Pictures Surface
Remember Frenchie Davis, American Idol watchers?
Those that do pretty much only recall this contestant as the singer that got disqualified for posing in her lingerie years before the competition.
Antonella Barba hopes she doesn't become a similar victim.
Pictures of the semi-finalist have surfaced on the Internet. We're not judging, just presenting them to fans so they can have an idea of what we're talking about.
Antonella is second from the right. Could she follow Akron Watson out the door? Or will producers give the girl a break? She is covering up, after all...

There is no reason these images should get Antonalla thrown off. We all pee and she wasn't posing. What she had a beer or went topless with her friends at the beach? Obviously the people who posted thses images are jealous beyond comprehension. But they can't sing - so emailing images is their way of participating. Her performance last night wasn't anywhere near the top talent though. I hope she finds her voice and can leave her ENORMOUS ego at the door.

unlike you haters, i actually met Antonella Barba and she is the sweetest person like ever! EVERYONE parties and does things they regret so why is everyone hating on just her?! its ridiculous! and i didnt meet her friend but she looked like a bitch and shes probally bitter and the one who leaked all these pictures.

It should be one and out for (cute) but lacking any real talent Antonella....she's wasn't as good as the girl she beat out during Hollywood week and now we're all paying the price by having to listen to her again. Please spare us anymore need for earplugs.

Apparently none of you are parents. The show isn't ADULT Idol. Our children are watching this shit. Personally, I don't want my daughters "idolizing" trashy looking skanks who slut their stuff for the camera and drink underage. We all do embarrassing things from time to time and I think we all deserve a break, but clearly this girl takes it upon herself to act this way frequently and frankly it's not just the singing that our kids are paying attention to.
Above and beyond that, she has about as much talent for singing as Princess Diana has for not dying in car crashes.

I live in Point PLesant.. I dont personally know Anotella but i went to the same grammer school and i am currently going to the same High School as she went too. A lot of people around here do the same thing that she does.. people drink and they actually have pic of themsleves drinking beer on there Myspace.. Its really not a big deal but leave it to the Media to make her look bad... and give Point Plesant a bad name.. which has been thrased by the Asbury Park Press about preppy beach kids who do what ever they want

1. First things first: Not all Jersey girls are 'haters'. I'm sure there are many out there just like anywhere else.
2. I saw these two 'Jersey Whores' audition together and they couldn't have been more mean to the girl in their group that sang much better than either of them. The little Idol's trampy friend was as ungrateful, snotty and mean to just about EVERY person she came into contact with and all I could think of was "when SHE gets to Hollyweird it will be DAYS before her friend starts to post photos of her past". And, she didn't waste any time.
3. I do not know for the life of me, how this girl got as far as she did other than maybe her appearance (which isn't 'all' anyway). She can carry a tune but she is not star material; unique, etc. So for that reason, and the images I still can't get out of my head when she was introduced with her slutty Jerzey gal pal I HOPE THAT TONIGHT IS THE LAST I have to see her or hear her sing! I like Idol way to much to have to hear that gargle coming out of her mouth.
What goes around comes around and guess what? Poor little Daddy's girl will learn very early in life that lesson all to fast. I guess she'll be really careful who she calls "best" friend from now on, huh?

Wow, what a disgrace to us truly talented and truly beautiful and "classy" Jersey girls. Believe me, we do exist. This girl makes me and my beautiful friends cringe. She has a lot of talent. These photos are so childish. She can't get kicked off for them because she didn't take them and sell them on the internet. That's what Frenchy did. These pics are from a very jealous sabotaging friend. I wouldn't doubt her BFF told her to sing that song either! She needs to realize that she has to trust her self and no one else at this point. Everyone who is hating on her is clearly just jealous of her. Be fair- she does have a great tone-she's just still very nervous. I think she will surprise us all. Don't blame her for her friends behavior.
